How To Apply For Oyo State Nursing Form

Step 1. Create an account on this page, your number and email address should be correct because you will use it as registration ID for payment

Step 2: Applicant’s real name must be provided

Step 3: After generating your email address, it will sign you in automatically, you will be shown a pay button

Step 4: Click on the pay button, it will direct you to where you need to provide your card details

Step 5: A registration number and pin will be generated after a successful payment which will be used to complete your application

NOTE:  print the registration and pin generated because it will be used for other processes

Step 6: go ahead and print the copy of the successful completion of the online admission application

Requirements For Oyo State Nursing School Admission

• A candidate who wants to apply for this admission form must have at least 5 credits in WAEC, NECO or GCE certificate, it should not be more than two sittings, with chemistry, physics, mathematics and English and biology
• An applicant must be a registered nurse with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria
• An applicant awaiting the result of the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria examination may apply also
