IAUE First Batch Admission List 2023/2024 is out on the JAMB portal and has been published on the IAUE admission portal 2023/2024.

This post will be updated as soon as the management of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education releases any other updates about its admission list.

How to Check IAUE Admission List

The under-listed candidates have been offered Provisional Admission for Degree Programmes into Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

All the candidates whose names appeared on the list should take note of the following:

1. Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System

(CAPS) and accept their admission.

2. Print their admission letter after accepting the admission, as they will need this during clearance and registration at the University.

3. Pay Acceptance fee online immediately using the following methods: Pay-Direct, Mastercard or Verve (login to enterpriseschoolsportal.iauoe.edu.ng)

4. Proceed to the Admission unit for clearance with all required documents.

5. We will continue to update the list as we receive updates and approved candidates from Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board – JAMB

Items/Requirements for Clearance

Admitted candidates are required to bring the following documents for clearance:

• Acceptance Form. – From IAUE Portal.
• Departmental Eligibility Form. – From IAUE Portal.
• Provisional Admission Letter.- From IAUE Portal.
• Admission Status.- From IAUE Portal.
• Acceptance Payment Receipt.- From IAUE Portal.
• Original JAMB Slip Result. – From JAMB Website
• Original JAMB Admission Letter. – From JAMB Website
• Registration for Screening Payment- receipt – From IAUE Portal.
• Letter of Attestation or Recommendation (Addressed to the Registrar, IAUE)
• Age Declaration/Birth Certificate.
• Local Government Identification Letter.
• Functional Email Address and Phone Number.
• 4 Jacket Files (Student Files) obtainable at the University Bookshop.
• 4 Passport Photographs.
• O’ Level Results (NECO, WASC) NCE, OND, NABTEB Results (for DIRECT ENTRY Candidates ONLY)
• Clearance Registration Form. – From IAUE Portal.
• Identity Card Clearance Form. – From IAUE Portal.
• Bio-Data Printout. – From IAUE Portal.

Note: School Fees Should Be Paid AFTER you have been cleared by Admissions, Department and Faculty.

How to Check IAUE Admission Status on JAMB Portal

You can also check your IAUE admission status from JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedures outlined below:

1. Visit jamb.govng/efacility.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your IAUE admission status.

IAUE Acceptance Fee

Candidates who have been admitted into the 2023/2024 academic session are required to pay the acceptance fee and proceed for clearance as follows:

• Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), accept their admission and print their admission letter. (Please note that admission letter will be authenticated in the admission unit)
• Pay acceptance fee of N41, 000.00 online using the following methods: Pay-Direct, Mastercard or Verve (login to enterpriseschoolsportal.iauoe.edu.ng (payment receipt will be verified).
• Update their bio-data in the university portal.
• ***The university management has further directed that payment of acceptance fee for both candidates admitted on merit and the supplementary list ends on… Implication: Admission will be reversed for candidates who have not accepted their offer and paid acceptance fee before the aforementioned date.
