• Candidates who wish to apply for must have a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE to include Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English Language not more than two sitting

How To Apply For Cross River State College of Nursing Form

The application form is obtainable at the cost of N6,500 (six thousand five hundred naira only) into:

Bank: any bank of your choice

Revenue Description: entrance examination fees for the training of nursing/ para-medical staff

Revenue code: 402042

Individual tin: to be generated by IRS (free)

Candidates are also to pay other charges N8, 000 (eight thousand naira only)

Bear in mind that the form is not sold online via the School of Nursing Calabar website.

Note:

• Completed form should be returned on or before………..   with 2 passport photographs, photocopies of age and educational certificates, bank teller/printout, two file jackets
• Entrance examination will take place concurrently at three centers across the state
• Candidates are to come to the venue by 7 am with their admission slips and writing materials
