Step 1: Visits https://healthrevolve.com.ng/ and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the Remita payment menu

Step 2:  under “services” (UDUTH) school of nursing, pay un refundable N 5, 000 under service amount while filling in all other correct information, click on general payment instruction

Step 3: go to bank and make your payment using remita generated (RRR)

Ste 4: bring the teller of payment to the UDUTH cashier and collect the receipt

Step 5: bring the copy of remita slip and receipt collected from UDUTH Sokoto to the School of Nursing UDUTH Sokoto to get your pin and serial number

Step 6: fill in the correct information and submit it
