Applications will be invited from qualified candidates for admission into the Osun State School of Nursing, Osogbo for Basic and Post-Basic General Nursing and Midwifery for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Requirements For Osun State School Of Nursing

BASIC GENERAL NURSING

This is three years program

1. BASIC GENERAL NURSING REQUIREMENTS
2. WAEC/GCE/ or NECO with 5 credits at not more than two sitting with subject combination of English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
3. Minimum age for entry shall be sixteen (16) years on admission

How To Apply For Osun State School of Nursing Form, Osogbo (Basic General Nursing)

1. Visit the school website https://schoolofnursingosogbo.ng/  for online application and pay non-refundable N7,500 (seven thousand five hundred naira only)
2. Upload one recent passport photograph with white background (scanned 15kb size), O’level certificate, valid email address, valid phone number
3. Completed form should be submitted online and the template printed out and submitted at the department of nursing, ministry of health, secretariat, Oshogbo on or before…

Entrance examination date:

POST-BASIC GENERAL NURSING

This is an eighteen-month program

1. POST-BASIC GENERAL NURSING REQUIREMENTS
2. WAEC/GCE/ or NECO with 5 credits at not more than two sitting with subject combination of English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
3. Must be a registered midwife or psychiatric nurse with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria with a valid license
4. Must have at least one year post-registration working experience after the one year mandatory community service (midwives only)

How To Apply For Osun State School of Nursing Form (Post Basic General Nursing)

1. Visit the school website https://schoolofnursingosogbo.ng/  for online application and pay non-refundable N15,000 (fifteen thousand naira only)
2. Upload one recent passport photograph with white background (scanned 15kb size), O’level certificate, valid email address, valid phone number, next of kin’s valid address and phone number
3. Copy of notification letter as a qualified midwife or psychiatric nurse with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria

Registration Procedures

1. Visit https://schoolofnursingosogbo.ng/  and click on “new applicant” to create your profile
2. Fill in the required information and the click on “create account” , you will see a message on the page that the creation of account is successful
3. Click on login to proceed and email alert will be sent your email address, this indicate that you are through with page, proceed to next page
4. Click on login and you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to select your desired program, select the program of you choice and the amount with the charges will be displayed
5. Click proceed to payment  to make a payment of your choice, payment page will be displayed where you will make your payment with either ATM or BANK ACCOUNT,  fill in the details requested then click on payment, you then be redirected to a page where you will enter OTP CODE sent to you from the bank
6.  After a successful payment, proceed to application where options will be displayed, click on print receipt click and the click on application
7. Fill the application form correctly and upload documents (passport and a scanned copy of your signature) and click continue to proceed
8. Preview and submit and then click print to have a hard copy of your application form
9. After a successful application, click on logout to leave
10. Login to your account and print your exam slip/acknowledgement and reprint receipt

Note: completed application form should be submitted online and final template printed out and submit to the Department Of Nursing, Ministry Of Health, Secretariat, Oshogbo
