This is to announce to the general public that the management of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) School Nursing has released its 2023/2024 admission form for suitable candidates who wish to study in the college.

Requirements For UNTH School of Nursing Form

• A candidate who want to apply for this admission form must have at least 5 credits in their WAEC or NECO it should not be more than two sittings, with chemistry, physics, mathematics and English and biology

How To Apply For UNTH School of Nursing Admission Form

1. Make payment at first city monument bank (FCMB) presidential road branch, Enugu or at FCMB cash office n UNTH Ituku/Ozalla Enugu
2. Bank will give you a printout with a pin
3. Use the pin and fill the application form online or visit UNTH School of Nursing old site
4. Go to the application on the menu and click apply to start the application
5. Click on make payment to pay for and get a pin to be used for verification
6. Fill the application form, verify your pin and print all accompanying slips
7. If you fill the entire application form to the last step and payment pin is not ready, kindly save the page and copy the application number (your application is not submitted). to continue your application, go to application and click on the reprint application then enter your application number and click payment verification to print your slip
8. After online registration submit a copy of the application slip and photocopies of relevant credentials to UNTH School of Nursing, old site of N1500(one thousand five hundred naira only)

Submission fee: N 1000 (N1000 cash to be paid to school of nursing for submission)

Bring along with pencil, eraser, pen, paper, printed application slip, and exam slip (photocard), there shall be no entry without all these.
