Complete List of Courses Offered in TECH-U for 2023/2024 Session

Many aspirants of the Technical University, Ibadan (Tech U) do not know the current courses offered by the school.

I will list all the courses approved by the National University Commission (NUC) to be offered by TECH-U and also state categorically, the requirements for admission.

Before applying for any courses in TECH U, make sure you score up to the Technical University, Ibadan general UTME cutoff mark.

Requirements For Admission

UTME Entry Mode

In addition to acceptable passes in UTME, candidates must obtain credit level passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) final year examination or West African School Certificate (WASC)/GCE ‘0’ Level in at least five subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Physics and Chemistry.

In addition to the general admission requirements stated above, a candidate must meet specific programme requirements

Direct Entry Mode

For Direct Entry to programmes in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, candidates must have passes in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at GCE ‘A’ level or equivalent.

Holders of OND and HND at a minimum of upper credit level are eligible for consideration for admission into 200- and 300- levels respectively.

For the programmes in the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, candidates must have passes (Graded A-E) at the GCE Advanced Level in at least two relevant subjects.
