Requirements For Shehu Sule School of Nursing Form

1. Candidates who wish to apply for must have a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE to include Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English Language not more than two sittings
2. Combination of results is acceptable
3. Applicants with awaiting results should not apply

How To Apply For Shehu Sule College of Nursing Form

1. Applicants are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of N5, 500 (five thousand five hundred naira only) to: account name: school of nursing and midwifery, Damaturu account number: 1001192617 bank name: key stone bank
2. Come along with the bank teller to the bursary department in order to collect pin
3. Visit the school official website www.ycnm.edu.ng to fill the online application form
4. Print acknowledgement slip and entrance exams slip
