This is to announce to the general public that the management of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (SONAEFUTHA) formerly known as Federal Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (FETHA-SON) has officially released its application form into the school of nursing, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (SONAEFUTHA) Basic Programme for 2023/2024 academic session.

Requirements For AEFUTHA School of Nursing Application Form

1. A candidate who wants to apply for this admission form must have at least 5 credits in their WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB it should not be more than two sittings, with chemistry, physics, mathematics and English and biology (its only NABTEB that can be combined with NABTEB)
2. An applicant must be at least 16 years of age
3. Applicants must present a colored printout of the examination photo card at the venue of the exam

How To Apply For AEFUTHA Formerly FETHA School of Nursing Form

STEP 1: Visit the school website https://son.aefutha.gov.ng to create an account with your correct full name, email, phone number, username and password. you will not login until the account is activated

STEP 2: Generate a remita by visiting https://www.remita.net and search for SONAEFUTHA. on the remita platform, generate a remita using the GIFMIS CODE:1000030435

STEP 3: go to any commercial bank and make a payment of N10,000 with the remita generated number to make a payment or simply pay on the remita platform using a debit card, please get an e-receipt or teller from the bank or remita platform as this will be uploaded during registration

STEP 4: send a proof of remita payment through WhatsApp: 09055425858 or via email: [email protected]. After confirmation of receipt, the account created in step 1 will be activated and notification sent to the registered email and phone number

STEP 5: kindly proceed to https://www.son.aefutha.gov.ng to log in, complete the registration and printout the colored copy of an examination photo card which will be presented at the examination venue
