University of Northern British Columbia Admission Requirements

Students who finish their studies at a well known post-secondary institution will be considered for admission. International applicants must be in good standing and show an acceptable level of proficiency in English.

University of Northern British Columbia has country-specific academic requirements, thus, for Indian aspirants, the requirements are as follows:

Undergraduate Admission

Students must have Class 12 or Standard XII Board Examination results issued by examination boards, such as ISC, GCSE, AISSCE, etc.

For general entry, students should have a minimum average grade of 50% or higher in English Class 12, three academic subjects, and an elective.

Apart from this, students who have a three-year diploma issued by a state board of education will also be accepted. A minimum average grade of 50% or higher is required for general entry.

  • Completed two full years of full-time degree level studies or equivalent at a recognized institution where English is the language of instruction.

Graduate Admissions

Indian graduate applicants should possess any of these academic qualifications from a university or institution accredited by India’s National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of A or better. GRE or GMAT may be required as per course requirements.
