1. Candidates who wish to apply for must have a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE including mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics and English language not more than two sitting
2. Must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria

How To Apply For Holy Rosary Hospital School of Nursing 2023/2023 Admission Form

• Candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of N13,500 (thirteen thousand, five hundred naira only) to diamond bank plc, account number: 0004307476
• After payment, take the teller along with one passport to the hospital school accounts office for online registration

Note: (1) Time- 8:00am – 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) to obtain forms (2) Online registration is done ONLY in the School’s Cybercafe in the Hospital Premises.
