Applications are invited from candidates suitable and qualified for admission into the Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology (FCVMLT) FMLSCN, MLA, MLT, and EHT programme of the College for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

How To Apply For Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology, Vom Admission Form

STEP 1: Use the form on this page to complete the field and Click on Proceed Button.

STEP2: Make payment for your application online using your ATM Card or Bank Deposit through the REMITA Platform.

NOTE: You are required to have a valid mobile number and email address in order to apply for any course of your choice.

After a successful payment, come back to this page and login with your APPLICATION NUMBER or PHONE NUMBER to complete the steps below.

If you made your payment through Bank Deposit, you need to wait for an hour in order for your payment to be confirmed

STEP 3: Complete your Biodata form.

STEP 4: Complete your O’level result form.

STEP 5: Upload the required Documents needed. The Following Documents will be required

• Passport Photograph
• Birth Certificate
• O’level Results i.e WAEC/NECO/ NABTEB/
• Indigene Certificate (Optional)
• FSLC
• Secondary School Testimonial
• Other Relevant Document

STEP 6: Review all the information you entered and correct any possible error(s). Click on submit application to conclude your application. Print out the slip at the end of the registration to serve as evidence of application
