This demonstrates that the institution has a highly selective admission policy. The school also has an early acceptance rate of 77.3%.

Requirements

Although Virginia Tech has a moderate acceptance rate, they don’t accept just everybody. The school does have reasonably high standards that are mandatory for students to meet before they are given an offer of admission.

Virginia Tech demands that freshmen applicants provide their high school GPA and strongly recommends that they also provide standardized scores.

The application deadline is Jan. 15 and the application fee at Virginia Tech is $60.
