Tsinghua graduates are highly desired worldwide; in the QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2020, Tsinghua was ranked 15th in the world by QS World University Rankings,[ and ranked 6th globally and 1st in Asia.

Notable Alumni

Since the inception of Tsinghua University in 1911, the school has produced many notable graduates, especially in the political sphere, academic field and industry.

Tsinghua University Tuition

Like almost every other national university, the cost of attending Tsinghua University varies and it is based on the country of origin of the applicants and the applicant’s course of study.

On average, Tsinghua University fees can range from $16,182 to $64,732 a year RMB. However, international universities sometimes partner with Tsinghua to offer tuition-free programs to some specific group of applicants.

Tuition for applicants who desire to go into STEM fields such as mathematics or civil engineering is $30,000.00/year RMB.

Moreover, Tsinghua University charges additional fees, such as $800 RMB for the application, $800 RMB each year for insurance, and $40.00 to $80.00 a day RMB for room and board.

That’s a pretty pricey education, especially for international students, many of whom will need to pay additional fees.
